New Parent Group Program

The New Parent Group Program is a six-week program that is open to parents of babies up to four months of age

Includes information about:

• Adjusting to parenthood
• Playing with your baby to promote development
• Keeping baby safe at home and when out and about
• Providing safe sleep spaces and meeting baby sleep needs
• Taking care of yourself as a new parent and many other useful topics
